1. Open RedotPay APP, click on Wallet - Deposit.
2. Select the currency to be deposited (using USDT as an example)
3. Select the network corresponding to USDT:
Note: The networks corresponding to USDT are all for depositing USDT and do not support depositing other currencies.
ETH deposit not supported, USDT-ERC20
TRX deposit not supported, USDT-TRC20
BNB deposit not supported, USDT-BEP20
Take the example of depositing the USDT-TRC20 network.
4. You can choose to copy the address for depositing or scan the QR code directly for depositing. Please note that the minimum limit for USDT-TRC20 deposit is 1 USDT. After deducting the handling fee, RedotPay will only be credited if it receives an amount greater than 1 USDT, and will not be credited if it is less than 1 USDT.

5. After copying the address, open the APP you want to withdraw. Taking Binance app as an example, open Binance app, select a spot account, and click on withdraw.
6. Select the currency to withdraw and choose “Send via Crypto Network".
7. Paste the deposit address copied from RedotPay APP to the withdrawal address and select the corresponding network (please refer to step 3, using USDT-TRC20 chain as an example Attention: Be sure not to select the wrong network, otherwise it may cause the deposit not be credited to your account).
8. Click to withdraw and follow the prompts on the APP to complete the withdrawal process.
9. RedotPay's USDT-TRC20 deposit requires 5 network confirmations, with each network confirmation taking approximately 1 minute. After confirmation, users can check the receipt status on the RedotPay APP (Wallet-USDT).
Why has my cryptocurrency deposit not arrived?
1-Users need to check if they have deposited in the wrong chain or the wrong type of currency. If so,

2-Users need to check if the deposit amount meets the minimum deposit amount required by the platform.
3-Users need to check if there is congestion on the chain and verify if the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.
Verification method: Open the link https://www.oklink.com/, enter the transaction hash, and check if the transaction block confirmation number is greater than 0.
4-Users need to check if the deposits have been blocked, delayed, or refused due to deposits are from gambling or illegal addresses. Users should avoid using such addresses for deposits.
5-If everything above is fine, there might be congestion in wallet deposits. Users can contact platform customer service for further checking.
