Q: I applied for a refund. Why hasn't it been credited yet?

A: Authorization based refunds and instant transactions are usually fast, while refund time on e-commerce platforms are usually slower. The refund time is usually 2-15 days, and some may be longer than 1 month. Currently, no transactions that do not support refunds have been found.

We usually return the refund to you as soon as we receive it from the merchant, and we also need to wait for the merchant's refund.

Q: What is the refund process like?

A: Refund process:

①The user initiates a refund from the merchant.

②Merchant refunds.

③Redotpay receives the merchant's refund.

④Redotpay refunds the user.

⑤The user receives the refund.

Q: Why has my refund amount decreased?

A: Refunds may deduct a 1% transaction fee.

Q: Can I still receive a refund after the card is deleted?

A: After the card is deleted, the platform cannot guarantee that the user will receive previous refunds. If there are any incomplete refunds, we suggest that you do not delete the card.
