The logistics usually takes 5-30 days. Uncontrollable factors such as customs inspection may affect the logistics efficiency. It is recommended that you pay close attention to the logistics information.

Q: How to activate a physical card? Is activation effective immediately?

A: There is an activation code on the envelope where the physical card is stuck. Please log in to the app, click on Card-Activate Card, and enter the activation code. The activation of the card takes effect immediately.

Q: Can I change the name (the name of statement) of the card after activating it.

A: After activating a physical card, the name, card number, CVV, and validity period cannot be modified. Virtual card tags can be changed on card-card management-card tag.

Q: How long will it take to send out the card during production?

A: It usually takes 10-15 days to make a physical card. If there is a public holiday or platform activity, there will be a delay.

Q: What to do if I forget my physical card password?

A: You can change your password, operation path, Card-Setting-Set Card-PIN.

Q: Can I withdraw money from the ATM? Will it cost an extra fee?

A: You can withdraw money from an ATM through a physical card. The rate is related to the type of card and region. Please refer to the following table:
