There will be a suspension of the deposit if there is any hard fork, we may not be able to update this article in time.
If customers deposit unsupported cryptocurrency to Redotpay, for example, BNB, or deposit the supported cryptocurrency but unsupported network, for example: USDT-Avalanche C-Chain, Redotpay will not receive this kind of deposit and the asset won't be credited into the account.
To provide users with a good experience, Redotpay will make every effort to recover asset losses for users who made the wrong deposit. Due to factors such as development resources, manpower, and technical complexity, a handling fee is required to recover the wrong deposits, and Redotpay cannot guarantee that all wrong deposits can be retrieved. If the user accidentally made a wrong deposit, please provide the following information to Redotpay's customer service team, and we will evaluate the possibility of retrieving the wrong deposit (if the wrong deposit amount is less than 10 USD, it cannot be retrieved due to the small amount):

The customer service team will submit the wrong deposit information to our professional team and provide you with feedback on the evaluation results.
If the evaluation result is irretrievable, we apologize for your loss and remind you to carefully check the deposit currencies and networks supported by Redotpay in future deposits to avoid similar losses.
If it's retrievable, please check the following procedures:
1-The customer service team will guide users to pay the handling fees to the designated receiving address and require users to provide a refund address for the corresponding network (wrong deposit network). Please provide an accurate refund address, and any asset losses caused by the incorrect refund address will be borne by the users.
2-After paying the handling fee, please send the transaction ID/Hash to the customer service team.
3-Once we receive the fee, Redotpay will initiate the retrieval process.
4- Due to the relatively complex process of recovering the wrong deposit, the retrieval time is relatively long. Please be patient and wait.
5-After the retrieval is completed, the customer service team will send the refund hash to the user for verification.
