Prohibited Activities
RedotPay strictly prohibits users from engaging in any illegal activities on our platform, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful business practices.
RedotPay conduct real-time and ongoing KYT screening of all user transactions. If any suspicious or illegal transactions are identified, we will take necessary actions, which may include freezing accounts, denying funds, or reporting suspicious activities to relevant regulatory authorities.
RedotPay reminds users of the following prohibited activities:
- Violation of Economic Sanctions: Engaging in transactions that may violate economic sanctions imposed by government agencies, including, but not limited to, those from the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the United Nations Security Council. RedotPay is dedicated to combating financial crime and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Transactions Related to Illegal Activities: This includes fraud, stolen funds, ransomware, etc.
- Unusual or Irregular Transaction Patterns: For example, withdrawing funds immediately after a deposit without any logical business explanation.
