1-Open RedotPay APP, click on Account-Not Submitted
2-Fill out your basic information: Country/Region, Given name, Surname, Date Of Birth, then choose the document type you will use for verification and input the corresponding document number, click to submit the basic information.

3- Please choose whether you are a U.S. resident based on your actual situation. If you are a U.S. resident, we regret to inform you that RedotPay cannot provide services to you. If you are not a U.S. resident, please select "Non-U.S. resident" and click continue.
4-Click on Identity document to upload your identity documents.
5-Select the issuing country of the document and the type of document (please note that the displayed document types correspond to the types supported for verification by that country; if not displayed, then that country does not support that document).
6-After the document review is approved, please proceed with facial recognition and corresponding actions should be performed by the prompts on the screen.
7-If the verification result is approved, the identity verification is complete.
8-If prompted with "Additional info request," the user needs to fill out a personal declaration form. After submission, the review usually takes 3-5 days to complete. The user must submit it within 14 days; if not, the system will automatically indicate that identity verification has failed.
